Refurbished Products Return Policy:
- Return Window: We accept returns on refurbished testing equipment within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Condition for Return: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Any missing or damaged items may affect the return eligibility or result in deductions from the refund.
- Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns to cover inspection and restocking costs.
- Defective or Damaged Equipment: If the refurbished equipment arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement, repair, or a full refund. In these cases, no restocking fee will be applied.
- Warranty Coverage: Refurbished items are sold with a limited 90-day warranty. The return policy applies only if the product is under warranty, and any damage caused by improper use or modifications voids the warranty.
