When are Representatives Available by Phone?

Our inside sales representatives are available to take your calls from 8AM to 5PM EST. However, you can contact your account representative directly outside of our normal business hours.

Our Headquarters and New Jersey 3PL are located in Fairfield, NJ, about 40 minutes outside of Manhattan. Our Florida Distribution & 3PL Center is located in Lakeland, FL. Learn more about our multiple facilities.

As a distributor our preferred pricing structure is designed for businesses. As a consumer, you can purchase products at list price using a credit card. If you are a business, we strongly recommend you set up a Launch 3 account in order to receive preferred pricing.

All requests to return merchandise must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. No products are to be returned to Seller without prior approval from Seller. Restrictions apply; not all products can be returned, reach out to our team prior to purchase to confirm return eligibility. Customer is responsible for return shipment. Special Orders, cut to length cable, and made to order jumper assemblies are final sale and non-returnable. Credit or replacement will only be made after a thorough inspection of the products has been made by Seller’s representative and investigation shows that it is defective or was shipped in error. A return authorization will be given to Buyer by Seller’s sales representative for returnable merchandise and must accompany the shipment. Seller retains the right to apply a 25% restocking charge on returns. Does not apply to refurbished products.

  • Return Window: We accept returns on refurbished testing equipment within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Any missing or damaged items may affect the return eligibility or result in deductions from the refund.
  • Restocking Fee15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns to cover inspection and restocking costs.
  • Defective or Damaged Equipment: If the refurbished equipment arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement, repair, or a full refund. In these cases, no restocking fee will be applied.
  • Warranty Coverage: Refurbished items are sold with a limited 90-day warranty. The return policy applies only if the product is under warranty, and any damage caused by improper use or modifications voids the warranty.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. We will cover the return shipping in such cases.
